J. KenTek Technologies respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Arrow Rush mobile game.

Arrow Rush is designed so that you can play without creating an online account. An account is created only if you choose to connect your game using a supported sign-in provider so that your progress can be saved and restored across supported devices.

You are not required to create an account to play Arrow Rush.

When you play without connecting an account, game information may be stored locally on your device. This may include:

• Level and stage progress
• Game difficulty progress
• Achievements and milestones
• Daily mission progress
• Streak information
• Unlocked arrows, trails, boards, and effects
• Equipped cosmetic items
• Game and sound settings
• Other gameplay preferences

Local game information generally remains on your device unless you connect an account or otherwise use a feature that requires an online service.

Arrow Rush may allow you to voluntarily connect your game using supported services such as Sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook.

If you choose to connect, an online Arrow Rush account may be created so that supported game progress can be saved and restored.

Depending on the sign-in provider you select and the permissions you approve, we may receive information such as:

• A unique account or authentication identifier
• Your email address, when provided by the sign-in provider
• Your name or profile information, when provided and authorized
• Authentication information required to keep you signed in

Apple may allow you to use a private relay email address instead of sharing your personal email address with Arrow Rush.

When you connect an Arrow Rush account, supported game information may be stored using our backend services so that your progress can be restored when you sign in again.

Synced information may include your current level, achievements, milestones, streak information, daily mission progress, unlocked cosmetic items, equipped items, and other information necessary to restore your game experience.

Information processed by Arrow Rush may be used to:

• Operate the game and provide its features
• Save and restore connected game progress
• Authenticate connected accounts
• Maintain achievements, streaks, and unlocks
• Provide daily missions and rewarded features
• Detect technical problems and maintain app reliability
• Prevent misuse, fraud, or abuse of online services
• Respond to support and privacy requests

Arrow Rush may display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements.

For example, you may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to receive certain gameplay benefits such as an additional hint, extra time, or another optional game reward.

Advertising services such as Google Mobile Ads may process device, advertising, interaction, or technical information as necessary to provide, measure, secure, and personalize advertisements, depending on your device, region, consent choices, and advertising settings.

Where required, Arrow Rush will request appropriate consent before using information for advertising or tracking purposes.

Arrow Rush may use trusted third-party services to provide certain features. Depending on the features you use, these may include:

• Supabase for connected account and game progress services
• Apple for Sign in with Apple
• Google for Google sign-in and advertising services
• Meta/Facebook for Facebook sign-in
• Apple App Store services
• Google Play services

These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms when you use their services.

J. KenTek Technologies does not sell your personal information.

Information may be provided to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate Arrow Rush, authenticate accounts, save progress, provide advertising, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or respond to valid legal requests.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled through Arrow Rush.

However, no internet transmission, online service, or data storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If you connected Arrow Rush to Apple, Google, or Facebook, you may disconnect your connected account through the Arrow Rush settings where that option is available.

Disconnecting a sign-in provider is different from permanently deleting your Arrow Rush account. Disconnecting may return the game to local-only play while account information remains stored until it is deleted.

If you created a connected Arrow Rush account, you may request permanent deletion of your account and associated saved game data.

You can initiate account deletion through the Arrow Rush settings where available or use our online account deletion page:

Deleting your connected account may permanently remove synced progress, achievements, milestones, streaks, unlocks, settings, and other data associated with that account.

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or protect the security of our services.

Connected account information is generally retained while your Arrow Rush account remains active or while it is reasonably necessary to provide the connected save service.

When you request deletion, account-associated information will be deleted or anonymized as appropriate, except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

Game information stored only on your device may be removed by uninstalling Arrow Rush, clearing the app's local data, or using applicable device controls.

Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the ability to:

• Request access to certain personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of personal information
• Withdraw certain permissions or consent
• Control advertising permissions through your device

Arrow Rush is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly ask children to directly provide unnecessary personal information.

Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information to us may contact us and request that the information be reviewed or deleted where applicable.
