Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Arrow Rush, a mobile puzzle game provided by J. KenTek Technologies.

By downloading, accessing, or using Arrow Rush, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Arrow Rush is provided for personal entertainment and lawful use. Subject to these Terms, J. KenTek Technologies grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the game on supported devices.

You do not acquire ownership of Arrow Rush, its software, artwork, game systems, graphics, branding, sounds, designs, or other protected materials by downloading or using the game.

Arrow Rush may be played without creating an online account.

You may optionally connect your game using supported services such as Apple, Google, or Facebook so that supported progress can be saved and restored.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any third-party account used to connect to Arrow Rush and for activity performed through your connected account.

Arrow Rush may track levels, stages, achievements, milestones, streaks, daily missions, unlocks, equipped cosmetic items, settings, and other gameplay information.

If you play without connecting an account, some or all progress may exist only on your device and may be lost if the app is deleted, the device is reset, local storage is cleared, or the device becomes unavailable.

Connecting an account may allow supported progress to be restored, but uninterrupted synchronization or recovery of every item of game data cannot be guaranteed.

You agree not to misuse Arrow Rush. This includes attempting to:

• Modify, hack, tamper with, or exploit the game
• Use cheats, bots, automation, or unauthorized software
• Manipulate achievements, progress, streaks, or rewards
• Bypass advertisements or reward requirements improperly
• Interfere with servers, accounts, or game functionality
• Access another user's connected account without permission
• Reverse engineer the game except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Use Arrow Rush for unlawful or fraudulent activity

Arrow Rush may contain game rewards, hints, streak benefits, achievements, badges, milestones, cosmetic arrows, trails, boards, visual effects, or similar virtual features.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, virtual game items have no cash value, are not legal currency, cannot be redeemed for money, and do not represent ownership of property outside Arrow Rush.

We may reasonably modify game balancing, reward requirements, achievement conditions, unlock levels, difficulty, or virtual features as the game evolves.

Arrow Rush may contain advertisements. Certain advertisements may be optional rewarded ads that allow you to receive an in-game benefit after completing the advertised experience.

Rewards may include features such as hints, additional challenge time, streak-related benefits, or other gameplay advantages offered within the app.

Availability of advertisements and rewards may depend on your device, location, internet connection, advertising provider, or other technical factors.

Arrow Rush may interact with services operated by third parties, including sign-in providers, advertising providers, app stores, and backend infrastructure providers.

Your use of those services may also be governed by the applicable third party's terms and policies. J. KenTek Technologies does not control the operation or availability of third-party services.

Arrow Rush, including its name, branding, user interface, game mechanics as protectable by law, source code, graphics, sound, animations, artwork, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to J. KenTek Technologies.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, modify, or commercially exploit protected Arrow Rush materials without prior written permission except where permitted by applicable law.

Arrow Rush may receive updates that add, remove, rebalance, modify, or replace features, levels, rewards, game modes, visual content, account functionality, or other parts of the experience.

We may also discontinue particular features or versions of the game when reasonably necessary for technical, security, operational, or product reasons.

We work to keep Arrow Rush operating properly, but we do not guarantee that the game or every feature will always be uninterrupted, available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Maintenance, software updates, outages, internet conditions, third-party service interruptions, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

We may restrict or terminate access to connected services when reasonably necessary to protect Arrow Rush, other users, our systems, or our legal rights, including when we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially violated.

You may stop using Arrow Rush at any time. If you have created a connected Arrow Rush account, you may also request account deletion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arrow Rush is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not make guarantees that the game will always operate without errors, interruptions, data loss, compatibility issues, or third-party service failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, J. KenTek Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of or inability to use Arrow Rush.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Your use of Arrow Rush is also subject to the Arrow Rush Privacy Policy, which explains how information associated with the game may be handled.

We may update these Terms when Arrow Rush changes or when legal, security, platform, or operational requirements make an update appropriate.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of Arrow Rush after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
