These Terms of Use apply when you download, access, or use World Quiz, a mobile trivia game provided by J. KenTek Technologies.

By using World Quiz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

World Quiz is a general-knowledge trivia game that presents questions across categories such as geography, countries, history, animals, nature, and landmarks.

Gameplay, question sets, categories, level counts, rewards, heart systems, advertisements, and other features may be changed, expanded, removed, or rebalanced over time.

World Quiz may use a heart or life system. Incorrect answers may reduce your available hearts, and hearts may refill over time or through other gameplay options offered by the app.

Progress, level availability, heart refill timing, and game balancing may be adjusted in future versions.

We aim to provide accurate and useful general-knowledge questions, but trivia information can occasionally be incomplete, disputed, outdated, or subject to different accepted interpretations.

World Quiz is intended for entertainment and general educational purposes and should not be treated as professional, academic, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.

World Quiz may display advertisements as part of the free gameplay experience. Ads may include interstitial, banner, native, or rewarded formats depending on the version of the app.

We do not control the content of every advertisement served by a third-party advertising network.

Some versions of World Quiz may let you voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit.

Rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Subject to these Terms, J. KenTek Technologies grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use World Quiz for lawful personal entertainment purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use World Quiz for unlawful or abusive purposes
• Attempt to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the game or its services
• Exploit bugs, manipulate ads, or fraudulently obtain rewards
• Reverse engineer the game except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit protected game content without permission

World Quiz, its branding, visual design, code, original artwork, layouts, features, and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to J. KenTek Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

World Quiz may rely on third-party services such as advertising networks, app stores, platform services, analytics tools, or other providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and policies.

We may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of World Quiz when necessary for maintenance, security, platform compatibility, gameplay balancing, product development, or other operational reasons.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or that the game will operate without interruption or error.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, World Quiz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, J. KenTek Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of World Quiz.

Your use of World Quiz is also subject to the World Quiz Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled when you use the game.

We may update these Terms when World Quiz changes or when legal, security, platform, or operational requirements make an update appropriate.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
